At HelpHer Do Better Pte. Ltd. (“HHDB”), we understand that your personal data is important to you, and seek to respect your privacy. Please read this Privacy Policy (“Policy”, “Privacy Policy”) carefully before using the https://helpherdobetter.com/ website (the “Website”, “Service”). This Policy complies with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”) and will explain all the Data Protection Obligations under the Act.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with this Policy. The Policy applies to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Policy. If you disagree or do not adhere to any part of the Policy, you will not be granted access to the Service.

II. Introduction to the PDPA
According to the PDPA, Personal Data (“Personal Data”) refers to data about an individual who can be identified from that data, or from that data and other information to which the organisation has or is likely to have access. HHDB as an organisation is responsible for the collection and care of Personal Data under our possession, and is obliged to properly manage and protect your personal data.
For the Collection of Personal Data, we will notify individuals of the purposes for collecting, using and disclosing their Personal Data. We will only collect, use or disclose Personal Data for purposes which a reasonable person would consider appropriate under given circumstances, and for which individuals have given consent to. You may also be allowed to withdraw your consent, provided that it is within reasonable notice.
For the Care of Personal Data, we will ensure that the Personal Data collected is accurate and complete to the best of our abilities. Security arrangements will be put in place to protect the Personal Data in our control, to prevent all unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure or similar risks. Once the Personal Data is no longer needed for any business or legal purpose, it will be disposed of. In the case of a need to transfer Personal Data overseas for various purposes, HHDB will follow the requirements prescribed under the PDPA regulations, in order to ensure that a comparable standard of protection remains.
II. Collection of Personal Data and Purpose
For the use of our services, HHDB may collect and hold Personal Data from you in the following scenarios:
- Submit a Google Form for yoga/personal training/table therapy intake
- Contact coaches or staff members for information via email, phone, and other social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and others
- Inquire about HHDB on various other platforms, including but not limited to, Core Collective, ClassPass, PushPress, Market For Good, Eventbrite
- Post public feedback on our services
- Sign-up for our eNewsletter
- Participate in any surveys, contests, or feedback sessions by HHDB
Types of Personal Data collected from you may include:
- Personal Particulars (Full Name, Gender, Contact Number, Date of Birth, Nationality, Occupation)
- Contact Information (Address, Email Address, Emergency Contact and Relationship)
- Payment Information (Credit Card Details)
- Necessary data related to your health (Type of Medication in use, Presence of Allergies or Medical Condition)
- Other necessary data to help ascertain your fitness level or your preference for services
- Pictures and videos taken at our classes for marketing purposes
Personal Data collected from you may be utilised for the following purposes (“Purpose”):
- Identification for use of service
- Assessment of your eligibility as a client
- Internal management of records for administration
- Management of your access to our service
- Management of your booking and payment matters
- Conduct market research through surveys and other feedback channels
- Communication of promotions via various platforms for advertisement of services
- Analysis of your preferences and experience using our service to develop and improve it
- Safeguard against crimes and other investigations
- Meet legal and regulatory requirements
All information collected will be kept strictly confidential, and will only be used for internal evaluation. HelpHer Do Better is committed to securing your data and prevention of data theft through the implementation of the latest technologies and software.
IV. Right of access, correction, and withdrawal
You may submit requests by emailing hello@helpherdobetter.com for access to, correction of, or withdrawal of your Personal Data. By withdrawing your consent, you acknowledge that we may not be able to continue providing the service to you.
HHDB reserves the right to charge a small fee for processing such requests. Note that all changes may take up to 30 working days to be reflected in our systems.
