COVID-19 ADVISORY
Updated as of 17 December 2021
On 14 December 2021, the MTF updated on the Omicron situation and announced some adjustments to the Safe Management Measures (SMMs) to safeguard against potential community transmission.
Following the announcement, Sport Singapore is providing guidance regarding the SMMs concerning all sports and physical exercises & activities, and public & private sports & recreational facilities in Singapore for the period from 17 December 2021 onwards.
OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES
Mask-on or mask-off : 5 per group regardless of vaccination status.
INDOOR ACTIVITIES
GYMS & FITNESS STUDIOS
Mask-off: All vaccinated - 5 per group

HelpHer Do Better has had a big impact in my daily life. Joining the Yoga sessions has built up my confidence, and overall has boosted my emotional and physical wellbeing. As a domestic helper, I always had body pains, like back aches and knee pain.

Perhaps due to aging I had been terribly frustrated and always had mood swings.
But then after I joined the Bootcamp workouts by HelpHer Do Better, I became totally relieved.
I found my happiness within myself doing this. I feel good, relaxed and had peace of mind.
Till today, I join the workout sessions every night at my place, and every Sunday. I was surprised when our coach approach me to join as a coach.
I was not confident yet ...Until I tried and did my best! It's not about how good you do the workout but also to have passion and heart in anything I'm doing. Yes, lots of changes with in me (since I joined Community).

Definitely, (joining events by) HHDB has helped a lot for me.
Before I found HHDB I spent my off day before just sitting in the park. But these days I get excited whenever it's Sunday, because it's Yoga Day, hurray!!! 😄
Based on my experience, yoga helps improve my strength, balance and flexibility. It has helped ease my back pain. Once again, thanks you coaches and admin!
